Interested in becoming a part of our staff? All RCRP employees must maintain structure within our program, assist youth with their daily schedule, and be willing to engage in the life of our residents as mature, responsible role-models.

Valid driver's license; High school diploma or GED; Starting pay $8.00/hour with increases based on education and applicable work experience.
