Earned Enjoyment
Our structured, success-oriented recreational program is designed to help all children reach their full potential.
A wide variety of both on and off campus activities are part of the individualized recreation program.
On campus: Our main campus features a recreational center that houses a gymnasium and rec room.
Through a tailored points system we developed as a rubric for good behavior, children are able to earn the privilege to use
our rec room which features a pool table, ping pong and air hockey tables and a shuffleboard.

During the fall and winter we offer competitive athletic teams in which students compete against public and private
schools around the state. Each winter we offer basketball in the boys program and cheerleading within the girls program.
Our group homes also compete against each other within our in-house bowling and ping-pong tournaments.

Off-campus: Throughout the year children will have the opportunity to travel to the Museum of Science and Industry
in Chicago, the Indianapolis Children’s Museum, the Indianapolis Zoo, and various Indiana State Parks
to expand their cultural experiences while within our
program.

Every August students participate
in a week of summer camp off-grounds. While at camp, residents can take swimming lessons and/or learn
to fish and canoe; They attend rock climbing sessions, magic shows, survivor games and nature hikes.
