ResCare Residential program currently serves youth through five programs:

Each program targets a different age or gender group while remaining true to our company-wide goals and values. We believe residents placed in our care benefit from the home-like nature of our facilities, finding the space they need to work on their various target goals. Our staff members balance respect, care and discipline within our structured yet relational program.

Each facility maintains a 1/5 staff to student ratio during the day and a 1/10 ratio at night to ensure quality care for our residents. Because we value our residents' safety, all of our facilities are 24-hour staff-secure. Administrative staff are also in daily contact with each program, supporting the staff and engaging with the residents.

Using our recreational facilities, all our residents have the opportunity to play basketball, table tennis, and pool. In an attempt to acknowledge special occasions throughout the year, our residents take part in summer camp, holiday parties and monthly program awards.


We have a beautiful art studio, both girls' and boys' choirs, and Bible studies open to those who are interested. Within the confines of their behavioral contract we provide opportunities for our students to serve in the community and take special classes like photography, bowling or chess.
